Caroline Sanders Hamburg, CSH Founder and Lead Designer

With over ten years of design experience and fifteen years on top of business and marketing experience in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, Caroline is incredibly skilled at designing unique spaces that exceed clients’ expectations.  Caroline specializes in architectural spec design and is widely recognized in the growing Nashville metropolitan area for her ability to move both large-scale residential projects and mid to large-scale commercial projects seamlessly from the architectural stages to the finished, polished spaces.  

Caroline offers a balance of creativity and collaboration with each project, and she remains on the cutting edge of the latest architectural and interior design models.  Whether the project is traditional, modern, new construction, remodel, or purely decorative, Caroline is able to create a space with a fresh and southern perspective that uniquely reflects the client’s personality and needs.

Lucilla Hodges, CSH Senior Designer

Lucilla has over thirty years of design experience and enjoys watching beautifully designed spaces change people’s personal and professional lives.  Lucilla has worked independently as a designer in Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, as well as with a renowned architect along the beaches of 30-A, and as a Senior Designer at The Design Firm in Houston, Texas before joining CSH Designs.  Her work was even featured in the Biltmore Estate magazine. 

In all of these capacities, Lucilla continues to be recognized for her timeless style and impeccable attention to detail.  Lucilla especially loves the layout of new and existing furniture, window treatments, accessories, and even the smallest detail up to the final installation.
